Individual circumstances are however unique and as such we tailor our process to meet requirements.
Initial Research and Reporting
We provide an initial meeting without charge in order to understand your current position, priorities and planning objectives. We will also explain our charging options and provide you with a copy of our client agreement for your information.
We provide our initial report confirming our assessment along with the generic options available to you. Our normal practice is to provide this in good faith; we do however reserve the right to charge a report fee in the event that this work exceeds our normal expectations. We always advise you in the event that fees are required and seek your approval prior to work being carried out.
Once the overall structure is agreed upon, we then look to provide you with our specific proposals to meet your needs. Advisory charges can be arranged either on a fee or, where applicable, a commissions basis to suit your circumstances. We will ask that you complete our client agreement in confirmation of the terms to be adopted.
Our Proposals Report provides confirmation of our advice along with a full explanation of the arrangements to be adopted for your consideration.
Financial Management and Administration
We undertake full administration and liaise with all third parties on your behalf. Our client administration system provides a secure and confidential account of the arrangements in place and is regularly updated to provide you with one central point of reference.
We strongly believe in providing ongoing support in order that today's decisions remain effective into the future. We monitor investments on a regular basis and provide the opportunity to review the position with you at appropriate intervals. We are always available in the event that you require adjustments and/or alterations to be made in the interim.
